Through the implementation of the project, the project documentation necessary for the implementation of the IRI infrastructure project of the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences of the J. J. Strossmayer University in Osijek will be created, which includes the implementation of organizational reform within the ESI funds in order to improve and speed up the process of transforming the Faculty into an internationally competitive scientific organization that creates a new scientific, social and economic value. The implementation of the IRI infrastructure project will create conditions for conducting modern research in the field of biotechnical sciences, the field of agriculture, which are also focused on the economy, which is in line with the priority areas of the Smart Specialization Strategy (S3).

The following project activities are planned for the subject project:

    Creation of design and technical documentation

    Creating a Feasibility Study with a cost-benefit analysis

    Implementation of horizontal principles

    Project management

    Promotion and visibility

The target group of the project are:

    Members of the project (Prof. Krunoslav Zmaić, PhD, dean and project manager) and research team (Associate Prof. Mato Drenjančević, head of the research team) who will contribute their knowledge and experience to the successful realization of the project.

    Employees of the applicant who will participate in the activity of implementing the horizontal principles.

The project is co-financed by the funds of the EUROPEAN FUND FOR REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT within the OPERATIONAL PROGRAM COMPETITIVENESS AND COHESION 2014-2020, call "PREPARATION OF IRI INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS"

Activities:

AUGUST 2021.

The procurement process for the services of ensuring the visibility and promotion of the project was initiated and a graphic studio was contracted to create the logo, banner and cover of the project documentation. Project visibility elements have been placed on the applicant's website.

SEPTEMBER 2021

The 1st meeting of the project team was held and it was determined that the 1st ZNS was fully approved by SAFU. Procurement procedures for the services of Education - combating discrimination and raising awareness and Education on measures of sustainable development have been launched and external experts have been selected to conduct the training in October.

OCTOBER 2021

The 2nd meeting of the project team was held and two trainings were held:

1. One-day education on measures of sustainable development (measures of better energy efficiency and savings)
2. One-day training on combating discrimination and raising the level of awareness related to accessibility for people with disabilities

A draft of procurement documentation was prepared for the procurement of project-technical documentation for the projects "Scientific research center for vines and wine Mandićevac KK.01.1.1.09.0021" and "Development research BioPark for animal production and biotechnology KK.01.1.1.09". 0020".

NOVEMBER 2021

The request for reimbursement of ZNS-02 funds for the project KK.01.1.1.09.0021 - Scientific and research center for vines and wine Mandićevac was submitted by the beneficiary University J.J. Strossmayer in Osijek, Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek.

DECEMBER 2021.

The competent institution temporarily approved the request for compensation of funds "ZNS-02" of the project "KK.01.1.1.09.0021 - Scientific and research center for grapevine and Mandićevac wine" of the user "University J.J. Strossmayer in Osijek, Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek". On 14.12.2021. a meeting of the project team was held.

JANUARY 2022.

In the module Payments and refunds for the project "Scientific research center for vines and wine Mandićevac" K.K.01.1.1.09.0021, the payment was recorded in accordance with the approved ZNS No. 2.

The drafting of project-technical documentation is in the status of review and control, and contracting is expected in February.

FEBRUARY 2022.

The 4th meeting of the project team related to the creation of project technical documentation was held. Request for compensation of funds ZNS-03 and Request for major amendment of contract No. 1 have been submitted.

MARCH 2022.

The competent institution approved the request for reimbursement of ZNS-03 project KK.01.1.1.09.0021 - Scientific and research center for grapevine and wine Mandićevac beneficiary University J.J. Strossmayer in Osijek, Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek. The 5th meeting of the project team was held.

APRIL 2022.

The 6th meeting of the project team was held prior to the preparation of Request for reimbursement of funds number 4, with the aim of determining the activities that need to be undertaken by the end of the reporting period, which ends on 05/03/2022. With the approved major amendment to the contract, the duration of the activity and project was extended by an additional 8 months. The design and technical documentation and the feasibility study are being prepared.

MAY 2022.

The 7th meeting of the project team was held. 18.5.2022. ZNS No. 4 was handed over and additions to the basic contract for project management services and creation of project technical documentation were signed.

JUNE 2022.

The competent institution approved the request for reimbursement of ZNS-04 project KK.01.1.1.09.0021 - Scientific and research center for vines and wine Mandićevac beneficiary University J.J. Strossmayer in Osijek, Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek as well as the Request for advance payment.

The 8th meeting of the project team was held.

JULY 2022.

The 9th and 10th meeting of the project team was held. Participants within the project team collaborate on the creation of a feasibility study and cost-benefit analysis.

AUGUST 2022.

The request for a small change to the contract and the request for reimbursement of funds no. 5. The 11th meeting of the project team was held.

SEPTEMBER 2022.

The request for a small change to the contract for the project KK.01.1.1.09.0021 - Scientific and research center for vines and wine Mandićevac was submitted for approval to the user University J.J. Strossmayer in Osijek. The 12th meeting of the project team was held. The request for reimbursement of funds no. 5.

OCTOBER 2022

A request for a major amendment to the contract for the project KK.01.1.1.09.0021 - Scientific and research center for grapevine and wine Mandićevac was submitted to the intermediary bodies, requesting an extension of the project from 18 to 21 months. The 13th meeting of the project team was held.

NOVEMBER 2022

The request for a major amendment to contract 3.0 for the project KK.01.1.1.09.0021 - Scientific and research center for vines and wine Mandićevac was submitted for approval to the user University J.J. Strossmayer in Osijek, Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek.

DECEMBER 2022.

The competent institution approved the request for a major amendment to the contract for the project KK.01.1.1.09.0021 - Scientific and research center for vines and wine Mandićevac beneficiary University J.J. Strossmayer in Osijek, Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek.

JANUARY 2023

A Decision has been issued on the amendment/supplement of the Building Permit, which allows the investor University of Osijek, Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences, Osijek, to build a public and social building (university), 3rd group - scientific research center with accompanying facilities on the existing building parcel no. no. 600/1 hp. Mandicevac.
